At Kathmandu, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day change-of-mind return policy for all Summit Club members. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange it easily through our online portal or at any Kathmandu store across Australia.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and purchased within the last 30 days (60 days for Summit Club members).
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to return and your preferred resolution.
Pack and Post
Securely package your gear and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
